“During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so……

“Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. “The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car.
