"This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."
"The only bad part is if you go from one terminal to another one in Heathrow airport is terrible! None of airport in the world like that. Every time transfer in LHR is a nightmare 😇😭"
"Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state.
We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets of towels each. I did ask - I was asked to pay if I want clean towels…
Overall I would say this is a good place if you’re only staying for 2-3 days, for those reasons. "
"Staying for one night is convenient for your flight the next day. If going to the airport, we need to go G/F from the hotel and transfer to the bus but not shuttle bus in fee of charge. If the Hotel guest, there have discount to pay."
