“Really enjoyed our stay, our friends had a room also I had e.mailed the hotel and asked if we could be close to each other and they e.mailed back to say they had allocated two rooms near each other. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed including hairdryer , ironing board and iron . Would definitely stay again if we were in the area .”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“The check in experience was great, really friendly reception staff explained everything. Room was good size, nice and clean. Only complaint would be was top warm and window quite old and stiff to open. We had a drink in the bar and the service was atrocious!!! If we hadn't been staying there we would have walked out. There was a party in front that got served and then The bar person just walked out of the bar. Nothing said to us, no explanation, nothing at all. When she came back eventually……

“The hotel is located in the city, extremely convenient location. It is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The parking space is right on the lower floor of the building, good for travellers with cars. ”

“The room is considered small and without wardrobe. No bath tub or shower compartment. No facilities at all and only a small lobby with a coffee machine ( l need to pay)”

“A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it……

“Listed building, no stairs. Small fridge. Room was a good size (had the triple). Water pressure was excellent. Very good storage/draws/wardrobe. Probably best I have seen in any hotel. Spa is a little walk on other side of hotel. Spa is small, steam room was not working, pool is small but adequate. Jacuzzi not working. Need £1 coin for locker. Restaurant attached, looked nice did not have time to use/. Large carpark. Would recommend. ”

“It was convenient and had great access to both parking and public trasnport. There were also great options of tasty delicacies nearby. However, the place was a bit small which may not be suitable for big families.”
