“I've lived in St. Pete for a while, but needed to stay here while doing work on my house. Great location, very safe neighborhood. Close to one of my favorite restaurant that looks over round lake. There are stairs, but the view is nice and the chairs are comfortable and clean. They made very good use of the space and I felt I had everything I needed for my stay. I actually eat leftovers, so having the baking sheet and microwave was very useful.Great floors and clean space.”

“The property is conveniently located in downtown St Pete. It is easy to go to the parks, restaurants, and other attractions. The appliances in the house are all new and functional. The internet speed is good. The neighborhood is very quiet and we don't have a problem finding street parking. We only need to complain that the water pressure from the bathroom faucet is very low. We have to use the kitchen faucet to wash our hands. Other than that, we love our stay at this property and would highly……
