“I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay £5 to is the pool and gym facilities and an extra £3 for towel. That is ridiculous when it’s clearly advertised as part of the hotel facilities. If that isn’t part of the hotel why say you have pool and all that. It’s absurd charging extras to use those facilities when you’re clearly spending the night or 2 at the hotel. ”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“A stunning hotel with a lot of charm and character. Quiet and peaceful. Located about out the way but staff were wonderful and friendly. Nothing was too much if you asked them for anything. “For £50 per night, it was pretty good value, if you just need a place to sleep. The hotel is under refurbishment, which is needed. Room very dated but was clean, bed was comfortable with tea and coffee amenities in the room. The coffee I made tasted weird, I'd say a new kettle would sort that out. Lidl right across the road. However no lift was working while i was there. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!”
