“My husband and I stayed in a luxury king room. We had a view of the street. The room was very nice and had all the amenities that were expected. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned out room and changed our sheets every day. The listing says the room includes "in room spa service". Don't be fooled, you have to get someone from outside the hotel to come in, so it's not anything included. They need to change that. Breakfast was minimal with bagels, toast, cereal, tea……

“Best people running the show, they were kind and accommodating. Even when there was maintenance on a floor, they found a way to get me back to a compromised room size. I will be back to this Sonder Flatiron location! Thank you! ”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”
