“The property was clean, convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. We drove in from Texas and were able to unload luggage and just walk up the street for dinner. That was very nice and convenient. Would stay again if in that area. Next day took road to Guanella Pass and on to Georgetown for lunch then on to Breckenridge for next nights stay. Beautiful Drive. ”

“I love the location and view of Pikes Oeak snd Garden of the Gods. Waking distance to some restaurants, shops, parks and shuttle to Pikes Peak. Quick access by car to most attractions. Ice machine and continental breafast were convenient .”

“The house is in excellent conditon with mementos of its past and Arlene is a provides lively conversation on the history of the surrounding area. The Spurs and Lace is in close proimity to unique shopping, dining and Garden of the Gods. A very enjoyable stay.”

“This B&B is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing the area. The breakfast’s were so delicious and accommodating to special diet needs. The house itself is beautiful and location is wonderful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back there. Love this place! ”

“My room had the best TV of any hotel room i've ever been too which was really surprising considering this is a budget motel. Really impressed with the TV situation and everybody had already loaded their accounts on the TV so you could use their amazon prime no need to login to my own. There was 2 guys who appeared to be living in a creepy van with a cat inside which had my wife paranoid. Maybe they were staying at the motel but they were transient. They did not bother us but it is weird. The……
