“The history behind the hotel is so cool. William, the bellhop was so knowledgeable. I wish there was a formal tour as part of the check in service and that William had a whole staff under him to help lift up the historical aspect of the hotel. I could have spent much more time talking and wish I didn't feel like I was interrupting him from doing his job.
