“I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.”

“I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. “Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in the expensive London. Transportation to the city centre is just around the corner. There is no elevator in the building and may be difficult to carry your luggages to the 2/F through the narrow staircase.”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“Great stay at this hotel. Staff were always very friendly and helpful especially on our arrival date helping us store our luggage before check in. The room was huge compared by London standards. We had a separate living room that we used for a pullout bed. The room also had a kitchen with fridge and microwave which was super helpful. It also had a small dining table. There is not a ton to do right outside the hotel, but it has great access to the underground and buses. If you are coming……

“Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations. ”
