“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“Stayed at the hotel for 5 days, it was excellent. The hospitality and service of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location. The hotel manager is present at the hotel and makes sure everything is done properly. ”

“整體來說還不錯，早餐好吃樣式多，提供完整衛浴用品，地點相當方便，離大教堂非常近，只是巷弄太小車子進不來，需要接送的話，要走出巷子，館內有個小電梯，房間有點小但還算舒適，分離式冷氣不怕吸到別人的二手菸，櫃檯人員英文還算不錯。 不過喝到一個果汁是苦的，不過第二天就沒出現了”
