“1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。 ＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8.……

“The hotel was a pleasant discovery. Didnt expect it to be so beautiful and so well themed. A very warm welcome at the reception by the team, we have got our room straight away, which is amazing. You feel welcomed and expected. Property is very clean and well maintained. Room is amazing. Spacious, comfortable, big panoramic windows and view on the river side. “I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!”

“The hotel is tidy, clean and location is easy to access. Its just 3-5mins walk to tram and metro station. The only disadvantage is the charger in room is not enough, no usb charger, and ensure you bring adaptor or you have to purchase an adopt to charge for all your electricity devices.”
