“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“My 2nd stay at Gainesville Lodge. It’s conveniently located for my visits. Safe, Clean, Parking, walk to restaurants. Not stylish or modern, rooms are dated & a little dark. Quite ok for a short stay. ”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. “This property was amazing!!! conveniently located by Butler Plaza, gas stations, restaurants and stores. Its nice and quiet on the outside and very clean and modern on the inside. Additionally, Ashaur was such a blessing! He made our check in process seamless and effortless. Super nice and professional. Made sure the process of extending out room was easy and made sure the system was updated accordingly. He reserves a raise and a promotion!! Great experience, great hospitality, and we will be……
