“No elevator, but staffs are very friendly and can help with the luggages (free). The rooms are randomly assigned. Rooms near the street are still a bit noisy.”
“Very nice hotel. 1st time in Chelsea area and loved it. Only real issue was the nightclub below was a tad loud at times but its NYC , everything is non stop and loud. Great staff and would absolutely stay again ”
