“提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。”

For both meals we had, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as we were unable to get the……
