“The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent. ”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“I truly loved staying at Canalta. I wish they would have offered decaf coffee! Otherwise, breakfast was great. Parking was excellent. Loved the heated garage. The water shut down while I was in the shower. The hot tubs were difficult to get a spot in. Staff was friendly. I’d like to say I’d stay again, I’d hope for the availability of decaf!”
