"Had such a good stay in Hotel Indigo. the location is fantastic, about 5 mins walk from subway and to many other places. the staff there are friendly and helpful. we asked for an early check in and they did so for us gladly with a smile. the club upstairs is also very good. we had such a good time and i will definitely book this hotel again next time!"

"房間隔音不好，常常可以聽到隔壁房間的聲音，停車很不方便，也很不友善，每次要取車都要等30分鐘以上，房間也沒有很乾淨"

"Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. "

"離地鐵站近交通方便，周圍很多商店超市餐廳逛街等等設施。Hotel就是很小如圖片所見，廁所不太方便的設計，房間不算大，但一個人很夠用，就是乾淨度有待加強。另外廁所洗臉台的水基本下不去，有點塞住了，只是在紐約這個價格算是比較合理親民。"

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.   I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "

"The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York."
