“The villa was very nice great bedroom full kitchen small ouyside pool.The only problem was there was no place to buy stuff no market close to or on the property so having a kitchen was nice i only used the micro wave and the refrigerator. ”

“Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。”

“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. Only 2 female and 1 male toilets for a restaurant serving over hundreds of guests. 2. Buggy are not frequent 3. No towel to borrow in water park 4. Separate Check-in and check-out queue to shorten the……

“The resort is good, the staff is friendly and helpful! However, they need to take care of the beach and outside/border! I witnessed the trash on the shore, the sand, and around the resort! It seemed like they only take care of the inside, but outside the resort needs to be taken care of too considering the ocean concerns!”

“小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”

“The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app. Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want……

“We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel……
