“The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast……

“位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決”

“Fabulous property with two spacious double bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and a washer dryer. Slightly out of the old quarter but you could walk it. Definitely recommend it especially for the price. Great communication from the hosts and easy entry to the property even though we got there really late. ”
