“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf.
I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……
“Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi. The friendly, warm and helpful staff could remember guest's name and needs, especially Lily (I bought a gift for her because very grateful to her).
The hotel facilities are not large,but it is convenient for eating and shopping. and the breakfast is diversity and delicious.

Pool and jacuzzi in basement a great plus. This is a new hotel with exceptional young staff, nothing was to much. Planning on returning next April with sons, can’t wait to return.”

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
