“Cigarette butts and dead roaches on the floor of the common area. My sister found a pill in her bed. Very LOUD banging and sounds of carts crashing every morning starting at 8am. ”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The virtual check in was super easy and we were allowed to check in an hour early. As soon as we walked into the foyer before taking the elevator to our room you can see the place was well kept and smelled recently clean! Room 302 was super spacious, clean and the decor was cute. The bed and pillows were perfect too along with the robes! Snack and drink selection to buy was reasonable and great too!! Would highly recommend and will be going back. ”

“Very good location. Walkable to most spots. We reported a bed bug issue and the hotel switched & upgraded our room. Good service. ”

“The property offers some great amenities but cleanliness could be better (chipped mug, a few hairs on the kitchen and bathroom counter upon check-in, the teapot provided had grease on the outside of it). Overall I would recommend staying there as the staff was understanding, accommodating and friendly. The room has a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a separate closed off room for the bedroom (referring to a one king bed room). The location is great but you will hear noise from the outside.”
