“Staff was friendly ”

“Very clean. Shower in bad need of repair. Apparent mold in the junction of wall and tile floor. Shower and shampoo dispenser was torn off the wall. Shower was kind of icky; it needs attention. But… it was clean, other than that. The whole room was clean, other than that. ”

“The Iveys is, hands down, the best hotel in Charlotte. We come often for shows and would stay here every time, if we could. Everything is beautiful, staff is wonderful, rooms are impeccable and relaxing. Please don't hesitate if youre on the fence!”

“I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice). I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them.”

“Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat.”
