“I have never been anywhere like this place! It is truly and island paradise like you’ve only seen in movies or in your dreams. The owner and caretaker have meticulously designed this home to be a living work of art. The botanical gardens are breathtaking and the home is full of a collection from all over the world (including a gong held by two soldiers begging to be rung as the sun rises over the ocean in the distance as you sip your morning coffee). We stayed for a short 2 nights while……

“We absolutely loved the Whale House! The location is absolutely beautiful and the area was very quiet. The unit had basic kitchen supplies but they were very limited. The in bedroom air was great and the bed was very comfortable. The beach across the street was definitely one of our favorite spots to go and relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and recommend it to anyone going to the Big Island. ”
