“Great location within walking distance to Ancient Rome as well as Vatican, river, shoppes, and restaurants. Public bus transportation was less than a block away as well. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and providing directions. Driver to the airport was prompt. It is more like a B&B room and staff is not onsite 24 hours, however, they were available and responsive via WhatsApp. WiFi was weak signal but manager assured us that is not always the case and he would look into it.”
