“Customer service was outstanding. Staff went extra distance to help guests have a pleasant stay. It is not close by to tourist attractions but that helps one relax and enjoy their time. There isn't heavy traffic that makes people cold and impersonal. Hotel worked to be sustainable. It was first time had key made from wood. Hotel administrators or owners need to clarify shuttle service. Availability and use of shuttle for customers to use needs to be better explained. Sometimes shuttle is……

“I am very mad there was no FREE wifi whereas my booking show free WiFi. The reception say Public area is free but I cannot get any data. I then signed up as Marriott member just to get free WiFi in my room but again, I logged in but no data. This is not and should not be the standard of any decent hotel let alone the Marriott! Very disappointed. I have an extra day in Lisbon and I have chosen to switch hotel for real WiFi. Sad! I am trying Carlton Marriott in Madrid tonight……

“Outstanding hotel in Lisbon. 5 minute walk to the Metro, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket. 15-minute walk to ISCTE. Very professional staff. Large closets. Comfortable beds and bathroom - it just needs more hangers for towels to hang and dry. ”
