“Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok! ”

“最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！”

“I can not recommend this hotel enough! Wow, it was so clean and very new. The staff was great. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. Someone helped us with the luggage up to our room. They offer breakfast in the morning at any extra cost which is convenient if you are on the go. So so so clean and amazing. Another cool aspect of this hotel is that it is super secure. You need a hotel key to even operate the elevator. This hotel feels so luxurious, I was shocked at the price for what you are……

“The location of the apartment is good. Near the underground station. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay and we had to walk stairs with luggage.”

“Unbeatable location with just 2-3 minutes walk from Earl's Court station and bus stop. Classic English style interiors, super helpful staff. Supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Very nice breakfast, offering English breakfast and buffet of juices, fruits and cold cuts. Walkable distance to Gloucester Road station.”

“great location, delicious breakfast and excellent breakfast service. The room is a bit cold. it is a little bit tiny but it is close to tube station and you could choose something bigger but far away from the station. present surprise if you like drinks. ”
