“This was a well-priced property (for Rome anyway) in good walking distance to the Vatican, Metro, restaurants and Rome as a whole. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, delivered breakfast to the suite every day. Bed was large and very comfortable. Downside was the bathroom- mouldy, damp and the shower head leaked water from everywhere other than where it was meant to flow from..Having said this, the price was very reasonable in a very extensive city to stay in.”

“We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. ”

“環境整潔服務很爛的地方。 完全沒有櫃檯人員，跟網站敘述不符，入住前一天傳簡訊告訴客人大門和小門密碼以及如何開啟鑰匙櫃取得房間鑰匙，入住資料表在自己房間桌上填寫完和城市稅的錢一起留在桌上隔天打掃人員進房收走、護照自己拍照傳給飯店。 早餐說好聽是無限時間自助其實就是打掃人員結束清潔離開前在早餐吧台上留一條瑞士捲一些派和兩瓶果汁一直放到隔天隨便大家拿。 機場接駁服務其實就是幫客人叫白牌計程車，這不打緊，最誇張的是，講好的時間我們拖著行李在大門口等了半個小時車子都沒來，也沒有任何人打電話或出現通知我們發生什麼事，一直到我們打服務電話去問，才跟我們說車子壞了無法派車，現在再幫我們叫另外一台計程車過來，而且派車的單位有通知飯店人員無法派車，單純就是飯店人員沒有通知我們讓我們在門口乾等，最後還是自己路上攔計程車不然一定錯過托運行李的時間。 整體來講房間乾淨舒適裝潢很新，位於住宅區內很安靜，要搭車要走一段路出去，但完全沒有服務的地方，房價應該要更便宜才對。應該說拖延客人時間的服務比沒有服務還要讓人失望，和網站敘述的服務落差也讓人很失望 ”
