“Superbe site avec plusieurs endroits pour profiter de la nature. Malheureusement, Nous étions en basse saison alors le restaurant n’était pas ouvert. Le seul petit négatif est que le site a besoin d’un peu d’amour. C’est peut etre le fait que c’est le début de saison. À visiter ”

“An amazing hotel. You won't expect you will stay at such an excellent place. Villa Carlotta is an elegant villa (yes, it is really a villa) with historical looking and modern accommodation. There are free private parking spaces within the villa. It is not far from the central Firenze. You can even walk to the downtown within 30 minutes. The breakfast is outstanding, for both food and place. We took some pictures in wedding dress here. Thank you. It is definitely one of the most wonderful places……

“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”
