“Great place to stay. Room met our needs. My husband is disabled and all were helpful in our needs. Helped with luggage which was greatly appreciated. Room, restaurant, bar were great. Views of the mountains was great. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) “What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”
