“The gentleman who checked had impeccable customer service. After I checked in I asked if the a/c was on because I needed to make a quick trip to Walmart. He said no the a/c was not on. He noticed I used a walker to help get around so he offered to go to the room and turn it on for me while I went to Walmart. I also witnessed the customer before me who was on the phone with him being difficult. He handled it like a pro. The room itself was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. ……

“Ive been to Lindale maybe 8 times over the past few years and the staff has always been friendly and has always made my stay comfortable. Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are literally next door but I always end up staying at Best Western because I have always enjoyed my stay even when I have been in another city ”

“This was the most charming hotel I stayed at on a recent road trip. I wouldn’t call it fancy, but it was well maintained and clean. From the dolphin fresco at bottom of the pool To the arch in my room it felt like someplace that Wednesday from the book American Gods would stay at. Once the A/C had a chance to run, it was a really nice stay :)”
