“Another excellent stay at The Duke on the Test in Romsey. The staff, the service, the rooms, the cleanliness all excellent. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. It won't be long before we are booking in again! Highly recommended.”

“Welcoming and friendly host (Julia) who met us on arrival and showed us to our room after showing us the breakfast room and downstairs facilities. Bedroom was well furnished and clean as well as the very large bathroom which had both shower and bath. Small fridge in bedroom stocked with chilled water and milk and lots of supplies to make drinks. Very quiet area, peaceful sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast (continental), self-serve. Parking on site, felt a safe area to walk to local restaurant.……

“The hotel is clean, but the shower drainage is too slow. Having hesitation of flooding during shower.”

“The Room was good and included a Nespresso Coffee machine and good quality teabags. I especially liked the large Bath sheets. Above all the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The side of the property which is on a main road looked a little uninviting.Unfortunately the traffic causes dirt to splash up onto the windows.Overall I would recommend the Cromwell Arms.”
