“The shower pressure was hard couldnt adjust it so there was alot of water on the floor while showering. Certain wall sockets did work. I was u.avle tobuse the microwave unless i moved it to another location in the room.”

“Hotel staff friendly and serviceable room had some issues with lights and water but stay was Preston was very helpful and friendly. Great location and Thyme Restaurant waitress. Tammy excellent and gumbo was amazing.”

“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. ”

“Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun……

“Where do I start, this hotel has everything you need, it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, a beautiful ocean view and it has so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful and the best part was I seen dolphins from my window, it was the coolest thing to see. The staff were amazing. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. ”
