“This property has everything you need to say during your vacation in a luxurious location. Everything is walkable, safe clean, and the staff couldn’t be better.”

“Nice property. Fairly good location. Management did a great job during the country wide power outage. One suggestion would be to include a flashlight and batteries in each apartment. It was difficult to punch in the codes for the doors in the dark while our cell phones were running out of battery life. Washer works great. Dryer is not the best”

“We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was right in the middle of Lisbon--easy to get to lots of different areas of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for various parts of our stay, so with a 6th floor apartment, it was inconvenient! Otherwise the apartment was fantastic.”

“Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……

“the best service I met. The hotel offer everything in the room almost like home! The hotel is 500 yrs old building and it was Palace before that I can feel antique. Staffs are all nice and willing to help carry on luggage that there is no elevator in this hotel. Breakfast is amazing! They only offer room service breakfast and it's plenty food coming with tray car. Really feel like Palace and serve as a princess. Hotel staff helped me booking famous Fado at restaurant and made the reservation as……
