He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican……

We had a third guest and they even pulled out the second bed and had it made for us when we walked in! Check in was simple and felt very safe in the property and around it. ”

“La estancia es tranquila y agradable, el personal es atento y uno puede estar tranquilo y agusto. Lo que recomiendo es que personal del hotel debe anticipar que cobran impuestos al turista y no al momento de hacer el check in. También deben informar al cliente que le pueden entregar el formato de requisitos para solicitar sus tax free. Por qué no lo hacen. Pero la atención es bueno, con excepción de lo antes comentado.”

“Thin walls and the matress for twin bed was two small put together but other than that the place was nice and has a good position in rome, the team was answering fast on the phone ”
