"Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market
very decent room
The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~

"Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative.
The other staff were also friendly and helpful.
Location was perfect.
Room was very clean, good size.
If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works."
