“We stayed in the wild room. Well worth the extra cost. Loved the outdoor shower and tub. They provide you with Vervan products (absolutely the best skin and hair products in Mexico). The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and the complementary wine was a great touch. We didn't use the pool but it was really clean and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. Not a lot of options for dining or shopping close by but everything you need is only a couple of miles away. ”

“I recently spent a week at Casa Ritual in Puerto Vallarta, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa’s beautiful architecture is creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. I stayed in the Superior, 1 Queen bed room with 2 windows and was very pleased with it. The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether it was assistance with early check-in, local recommendations or prompt service at the on-site restaurant, their hospitality was……

“Nice newer hotel. Good looking breakfast buffet, offered til 12:30, not included in hotel price. Have to order room service if you want something off the menu before 12:30. Very few staff that could speak English. Room cleaning wasn't top notch, the floor was never swept once and seemed to be cleaned in a hurry. Aside from that, we are planning our January 2026 stay there.”
