“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room had hob/oven/microwave/fridge freezer/dish washer, so eating in was definitely an option had we not eaten out. The room wasn't huge but a lot of effort had gone into making the layout as efficient as possible. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe and we left having had a very positive experience.”

“Wir waren fünf Tage als Paar im Mandarin Oriental in London und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und die MitarbeiterInnen waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. “Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
