“The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone. The rooms themselves were both lovely that we had booked. A double and a family room both lovely rooms.We did have a powercut to our room which……

“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“I was staying for a wedding nearby, Richard was an impeccable host. The rooms was clean and spacious, exactly what I needed. ”

“The only thing that spoilt my 5 night stay was the chair in the rooms that I have used over a period of time at the Bull, they are so uncomfortable. They are not ideal for sitting on for a short / long period during an evening spent in your room watching TV. A bucket type chair would be better..”
