“Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. “我們在這裡住了兩個晚上，感謝飯店幫忙安排熱氣球公司的活動，讓我們可以順利搭乘；在飯店前的廣場也可以看到熱氣球升空的畫面，非常特別的體驗!另外，我們最後一天要離開時，因為要趕飛機(怕來不及吃早餐)，所以餐廳特別提早十分鐘讓我們開始吃早餐，餐廳的服務員還特別作了土式煎餅給我們吃，熱熱的吃，好過癮啊~~~最後，有關飯店附近的觀光景點，工作人員也非常熱心推薦與說明，讓我們玩得盡興!”

例えば僕の場合、1日観光用にタクシーをチャーターして欲しいと言っなら、すぐ手配していただき、最初は値段がわからなく一度はやめて、他の手段を考えていたら、すっごい安くタクシーをチャーターしてくれました。
それだけじゃないのですが、本当に良くしてくれ、カッパドキアで家族が出来た気持ちになりました！

“This hotel was truly magical. I would highly recommend me & my wife felt so cared for by the staff as they waited for us as we arrived so very early in the morning. The views were stunning the hotel was clean & very well taken care of. It just got a little cold during our stay in the winter time, however our staff provided heaters for us that helped! Also the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend staying and would stay here again! ”

“I stayed here for 3 nights, the room is spacious, well decorated and clean. The staff are helpful, providing information for me. What attracted me most was the terrace and it’s indeed great place for photos with hot air balloons! I also like the breakfast, as I am still that used to Turkish food, but here I can have western style breakfast, including Omelette, juice, bread & cereal! I would highly recommend the hotel ;)”

"I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked.
The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! "

"The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well.
Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much!
