“This hotel is of a top standard that many hotels could learn from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. This hotel is the perfect half way stop between Aberdeen and the Midlands. “Lovely comfortable, clean accommodation. In an fab location. All the extra touches are so appreciated and above and beyond e.g sewing kit in the large and comfortable lounge, home made biscuits in the room. Comfy beds and pillows and endless hot water. The hosts are super friendly and don’t mind you eating takeaway in the dining room in the evening. Breakfast was amazing!! We will definitely return. ”

“We enjoyed our one night stay whilst up at Hadrian's Wall. Gary, Carol and their staff were very friendly, the service was great, the room was very comfortable and the food was excellent in the charming restaurant. Minor confusion on arrival about our booking was quicky resolved without issue (computer problem / booking platform) i.e. what room we had booked and what was included in our booking. Room 5 was spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean with French doors onto a small……
