“Really friendly staff great customer service. Especially with young children the staff were amazing. The only slight disappointed the restaurant was not the best food for the money. A bit too much salt among other criticisms. But there are some great places just outside the hotel so don't let that put you off. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do and places to see.”

“第一次到河內旅遊，四天有兩天住在這兒，第一天房間比較潮濕，第二天跟櫃台反應馬上幫我們升等房間，有問題都會馬上處理。 中間有到下龍灣兩天一夜，服務人員都會幫我們打理好行李。 另外要到峴港時搭早班飛機，早餐我們還幫我送到房間，櫃檯還怕我們被騙幫我們用APP叫車，怕我們錢不夠幫我們算錢、跑去跟司機再次確認。 最後還送我們感謝禮物，很棒的一間飯店，下次再來玩會再來的！ 對了，早餐超級好吃！”

“We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel is newly renovated with a stylish design that shows great attention to detail — everything felt very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We arrived early in the morning around 6 AM after an overnight train. Although the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer early check-in right away,……

“Nice staff, nice hotel, nice place to everywhere”

“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……
