“They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.”

“Booked an apartment but due to maintenance problems we were upgraded to a hotel. Very comfortable, quiet and 30 seconds walk to station. ”

“Second stay in this hotel, the standards are still very good, the staff are friendly and efficent, the room was excellent with comfortable bed and superb shower. The carpet could do with a gunk removal, but it was mainly clean. The transport links are good to Waterloo and Docklands. Highly recommend it and I will use again.”
