“This was a great place to stay. No windows in the room so if you want to sleep in, the sun won’t wake you. Comfortable bed, parking was cheaper than public parking around town. Be prepared to tip the Valets, though. So glad we stayed here!”

“I really loved this hotel. It felt like a true Charleston experience and the staff was amazing. The location is fabulous too. My one suggestion is I'm always bummed to see the tiny plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles in this day and age. Half the product doesn't come out and they get thrown away after a use or two, which is so wasteful. This is such an elegant hotel, I hope they transition this in their showers sometime soon. But still highly recommend!”

“Absolutely perfect location. Easy to walk to historic district, French quarter, popular restaurants and shopping. Charleston market right next door. Loved our double balcony luxury room. A little noisy as they opened to the market side. Room was a little rough looking for being recently renovated. Great shower/bath. Wished the balconies were large enough for chairs but they allowed for lots of fresh air and views. Rooftop bar/pool provided stunning city and sunset views. Staff were……

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel! The City Market is just steps away! We walked to great restaurants and to the horse stables for our carriage ride. Everything is so close! After a day of sightseeing, we would enjoy a nightcap in the lovely courtyard!”

“The Vendue is gorgeous. An art gallery just footsteps away from my room. My room was always clean and well stocked. I adored the continental breakfast left right at my door. ”

“Unique two story suite - worked well for us. Good kitchen with full size refrigerator. Hotel is very conveniently located. Only issue was it is classified as long term - so no cleaning during stay. Nice courtyard area. Free coffee in morning. Friendly staff”
