“This is a nice hotel with great service and good bedroom yet the bathroom has some flaws ( the nosisy motor fan) but after a it's a beautiful classic hotel . By taxi from hotel to temini station is about 9 euros”

“The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.”

“Lele Rooms was immaculately clean in every way. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; the linen was cotton, fresh, and the duvets were large and comfortable. We asked for an extra one, and the host remembered. The shower was excellent: large with lots of hot water. The host is amazing!! He was in touch before our arrival, arranged a taxi pick at the airport, texted several times to see how things were, recommended a fabulous nearby restaurant, and came by once to replenish supplies like……

“Walkable from train station (or very short taxi ride). Area seems a little iffy, but also good night life and the room was totally quiet when it was loud outside. Good food options near by. If you like walking, Colosseum is only about 25 minutes away.”

“This was a good place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with living room that was separated from the bathroom and bedroom. It was exactly how the picture looked. Good location for walking and food. Nearby grocery store and pharmacy. The tram is right in front of the property so very easy to get anywhere within 30 mins. Well be coming back to stay again.”

“主人很友好，我们离约定的时间晚到了将近两个小时，到的时候已经快晚上11点了，没想到主人一直在等我们，让我十分不好意思，他还很热情地告诉我们怎样坐车去附近的景点，早餐很丰富，房间很漂亮，就是空间有点小，因为我们是三人住，感觉房间是双人间，只是多加了一张单人床，显得有些拥挤，位置步行离火车站有些远，但是坐电车，地铁还是很方便的，总体还算满意”

“Wasn't easy to gain access as I had to contact the owner directly. Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data.”

“I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property.”
