“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.

“The service was excellent, and every staff member at the hotel was very friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have many options, but you can also go to The Royal Sands, which is acceptable. However, on one of the nights we stayed, the dinner menu was changed, and the food was absolutely amazing! “Very good hotel near the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. You can spend one day totally at the hotel to enjoy the beach and also the nice swimming pool in the hotel. Towels are provided.”
“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……
“This hotel was located near a big supermarket so that we could buy everything we wanted. Its very convenient for us. It was easy for us to take a bus to downtown because the bus stop was in front of the hotel. They gave us a welcome drink. We spent lovely days here.”
