“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“I booked a Master Suite so had a large bedroom as well as another room with kitchen, living room with sofa. Two balcony's gave a great view of center courtyard and ocean. Fridge, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave! Super clean suite and great staff! Loved it!”

“I really liked this hotel. The front desk is very helpful and speaks good English. Even though this is a small hotel, it does have a bracelet to put on your wrist. There is a welcome drink and coupon for breakfast. The room is spacious, even has a tub in the room, also a refrigerator and two bottles of water. And the room does have a window to the outside.”

“This hotel is good for a one night stay but not for a long week. Expect the minimum. Elevator and escalator werent working so we had to carry our luggages to 2nd floor. As other reviews it looks as if it use to be a shopping mall or offices. Very abandon look. We just stayed one night in cancun so the price was right, we walked over to the club strip (approx. 3 blocks away). Walking at night to the hotel was abit shady, but in the day its busy with people. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room……
