“Love the quiet and the boutique style resort , the resort was in repair during our stay from a previous hurricane. The room was clean but in need of upgrades , service in restaurant was excellent, Christian and juliana were fantastic 👌 the only downfall was having to pay for bottled water, when your paying for a meal water should be given with your meal ! Would we return, yes if these few things are addressed. But it was a nice resort..”

“The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.”

“Quiet area of Cancun, new and classy building. Service is hit and miss, not up to luxury standards. Front desk forced us to pay for an upgraded room with ocean view although we booked ocean view, claiming hotel was fully booked although it was clearly not. In general property seems to focus on up charging guests at any opportunity with ridiculously high mini bar pricing, watered down margaritas at the beach and surprise bills for $10 Evian water at breakfast. ”

“Loved the entertainment. The staff was great, servers Julian, Antonio and Geraldin were great, friendly and very attentive. Food was great as well, Sea Flirt, SHE, and buffet was nice. The parties were awesome, the themes so cool! ”

“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……
