“I did not like the raccoons on the property they are too big and scary at night and it’s over 600 of them they need to get that removed and the golf cart transportation is very slow and it makes you miss reservations they need to be quicker with pick up times other than that I love it ”
“I would like to give this resort a 10 out of 10 staff was phenomenal. Cleanliness housekeeping was great dining options. We’re great to choose from even in room service pools were clean. The only downside was we couldn’t go into the ocean just because there was the water alert for seaweed When we arrive to the hotel we were welcomed with a drink and smiling staff. I definitely will come back later in the future.”
“Loved everything about this place evening theaters, who shows were amazing food was amazing. Drinks was amazing. Top shelf liquor beds were comfortable rooms were nice and clean. The whole thing the building is very clean, lots of people serving on you. Good, very, very good service. We also enjoyed all the little Starbucks shops. Lots of snacks, frappuccinos, lattes, cappuccinos, anything you can think of if this was where it's got it. All the kids club was amazing. Lots of activities for them……
“The property is beautiful, it’s all inclusive but everything is a la carte (no buffet) which was a great thing. The suite I stayed was great and very spacious and with an ocean view. When I arrived the was a bottled wine, mini bar fully stocked and every night they brought in a little treat with a side note about the history behind it. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with a genuine smile on their face.
These is a place more to unwind and relax (no a party atmosphere)……
