“The hotel was beautiful! The amenities and restaurants were top notch, but there are only three restaurants on site - one of which is very spendy so you’ll likely not dine there nightly…this leaves really two places for dinner if you’ll stay as long as we did (7 days). Don’t let other reviews about the beach deter you, we loved the beach. The seaweed was there but not a big deal and the water was so nice and warm. “As someone with OCD let me say, this place was clean, always attentive with members and non members . The attention to detail is amazing and all the pools were fun! Shout out to Jonathan, Jesus, Monica at the pool party for keeping it entertaining and doing yoga and pool Pilates for beginners! Silvio was our pool bartender and he was amazing! Jesus at Aurora was so knowledgeable about every dish! FYI the spa is awesome! Can’t wait for next vacation. Will definitely be going back!”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Special thanks to Anna for her kind assistance in helping us book our tickets — it made everything much smoother.
