“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “Our room was like a small apartment. It was very convenient with a kitchen and even a dishwasher. The bedroom is separate, giving great privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“They give delicious cookies and water in room. The dining was excellent. Great advice from staff and shuttles. Parking overnight is paid so I took one star off. Room was clean except for ac unit vent blades. Otherwise highly recommend especially if flying out of DIA.”
