“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”

“I thought it was easy to find the hotel but was disappointed that my room wasn't ready when the check-in opened. The room was small, however had all the things you need. The floor wasn't well swept and was quite dirty however the rest of the room was adequate ”

“La propiedad está en un barrio muy agradable, hay restaurantes, minisuper y una pequeña plaza con negocios y comida, el acceso al metro está prácticamente a vuelta de esquina y llegas muy rápido a sitios como el Vaticano o el Coliseo. En la habitación hay cafetera de cápsulas, tazas para servir café y un pequeño refrigerador, la cama muy cómoda, hay aire acondicionado y calefacción, y siempre hay agua caliente para ducharse. En general muy recomendable.”
